When you make a reservation with HAS, you have 24 hours to make a payment in order to complete the reservation, unless the reservation is made 48 hours or less prior to the flight (see point 3 below).

If payment has not been received within 24 hours, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed.

When making a reservation for a flight within the next 48 hours, payment must be made within an hour of the reservation, otherwise your reservation will no longer be guaranteed.

If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the flight the initial ticket will be used as a credit towards a future reservation and an additional 40$ fee will be applicable as changing fees.

If a reservation is cancelled LESS than 48 hours prior to the flight the ticket will not be reimbursed.

HAS will NOT reimburse a ticket if the passenger is a “No Show” or decides to no longer fly with us.

If HAS cancels a flight due to civil unrest or any other situation which is out of our control and for which we are not responsible for, we will reschedule your flight at a later time or date, with NO re-booking fees.

If HAS cancels a flight due to internal issues (ex: mechanical), you will be refunded 100% of your ticket or you can choose to receive a credit towards your next flight with HAS (same destination only).

Babies up to 24 months must travel on an adult’s lap, at NO charge. Over 24 months, they are considered a passenger and must purchase a ticket.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The seat holder is the only passenger allowed to use a credit, when credit is applicable.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to be aware of all HAS policies listed above.
